Cancellation Policy
Our clinic is by appointment only, and we reserve time, rooms, materials, equipment, and personnel for patients who have made reservations, and make appropriate arrangements for them. Therefore, cancellations or tardiness on the day of an appointment or without notice will not only inconvenience other patients, but also result in the loss of limited appointment slots.
We appreciate your understanding in order to alleviate the congestion of reservations.
*Please contact us by the morning of the previous business day to change or cancel your reservation.
If you cancel on the day, you will be charged ¥5,500 for the next session. (The same applies if we are notified.)
